La Foi Boutique provides free returns with in the United States.

We offer free returns within the United States when you use our prepaid return shipping label.  

Return Policy

Returns must be sent (or postmarked) within 14 days of your order’s original shipment date.  Please return the items in original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) with the tags attached.  

The following are not eligible for refund and will be denied:

  • All items marked “Final sale”
    • Final Sale items also cannot be exchanged
  • Damaged, washed, worn or altered items, including items returned with deodorant, makeup, smoke, perfume and/or stains
  • Shoes without the original box - the box must be free of damage, postage stickers or stamps
  • Gift Cards
  • Returns received after 14 days of the original shipment date

La Foi Boutique reserves the right to determine eligibility for refunds, and to update this Policy at any time without notice.


Return Instructions

If you are wishing to return your item, please notify us at customerservice@lafoiboutique.com. We will respond within 48 hours with a return receipt to include in your package and pre-paid shipping label for the outside of the package. Returns must be shipped back to our store within 7 days of receiving your return label for the shipping label to still be valid. Your return must be sent (or postmarked) within within 14 days of the original shipment date in order to be eligible for a return.

Return Processing

Once we receive your return package, please allow 3 days for your return to be processed.  You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed and credited.  Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment.  Depending on your banking institution, it may take a few days to post the funds to your credit card account.   If returning a gift, you can choose to receive an exchange or La Foi Boutique gift card. Any original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return was a result of our error.


Damage or Defective items

If you believe you have received defective or incorrect merchandise (style, size, color), contact us at customerservice@lafoiboutique.com  within 5 days of receipt and provide a photo of the defect.
